  • Student Enrollment & Academic Records: Retained for 3 years following course completion for alumni verification and support.
  • Diagnostic Trade Logs: Anonymized trade logs provided for 1-on-1 audits are permanently deleted or purged within 60 days following the completion of the diagnostic report.
