By accessing or using the website of SenseTrail Hub (located at sensetrailhub.click) or registering for any educational workshop, training cohort, or 1-on-1 audit offered by SenseTrail Hub, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using the site and enrolling in our educational services.
2. Nature of Educational Services & Non-Advisory Notice
SenseTrail Hub provides educational and pedagogical training in technical analysis, risk management mathematics, position sizing models, and execution discipline.
All course materials, lectures, live chart markups, trade journal diagnostics, and calculation spreadsheets are strictly for educational and training purposes. SenseTrail Hub is an educational clinic and does not provide financial advisory services, personalized investment advice, broker-dealer services, or fund management. Market trading involves substantial risk of financial loss. Past performance discussed in case studies does not guarantee future results.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All educational curricula, proprietary calculation models, spreadsheet templates, lecture recordings, text, graphics, logos, and course materials provided by SenseTrail Hub are the exclusive intellectual property of SenseTrail Hub and Han Seojun, protected by the copyright and intellectual property laws of the Republic of Korea and international treaties.
Enrolled participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and utilize the materials for their own individual trading education. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, broadcast, or publish any course content without prior written consent from SenseTrail Hub.
4. Enrollment, Payments & Tuition
Tuition rates for cohorts, clinics, and diagnostic audits are clearly outlined on our Tuition page. Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful receipt of the tuition fee or required registration deposit. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule admissions to maintain cohort quality and classroom capacity limits.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SenseTrail Hub, its founder Han Seojun, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of trading capital, trading profits, or business interruption, arising out of your application of concepts, techniques, or tools taught in our programs.
6. Code of Conduct & Participant Discipline
Participants in live cohorts and online community forums are required to maintain professional, respectful decorum. Harassment, unauthorized commercial solicitation, sharing of login credentials, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent district court having jurisdiction over Ulsan, South Korea.
