1. Policy Overview & Educational Commitment
At SenseTrail Hub, our cohorts and private audit sessions are strictly limited in capacity to ensure personalized instructor feedback and intensive data reviews. Because an enrolled seat prevents another candidate from participating, we maintain a clear, equitable refund and cancellation policy outlined below.
2. Cohort Mentorship & Workshop Refunds
For our multi-week structured programs (including the Comprehensive Execution Discipline Mentorship, Position Sizing Clinic, and Technical Structure Masterclass):
- Full Refund (100%): Written cancellation requests received at least 7 calendar days prior to the official cohort start date will receive a full 100% refund of all tuition paid, minus any non-refundable banking transaction fees.
- Partial Refund (50%): Written cancellation requests received between 6 days and 24 hours before the first live session are eligible for a 50% tuition refund or a 100% credit applied to the next calendar cohort.
- Once Cohort Commences: Once the first live session has taken place or proprietary spreadsheet modeling tools have been issued, tuition fees are non-refundable. If unforeseen personal circumstances arise, participants may request a one-time deferral to a future cohort subject to mentor approval.
3. 1-on-1 Diagnostic Trade Journal Audits
For individual private diagnostic sessions:
- Cancellations with 48+ Hours Notice: Eligible for a full refund or complimentary rescheduling.
- Cancellations with Less than 48 Hours Notice: A $100 diagnostic preparation fee is retained if trade log data ingestion has already commenced, and the remaining balance is refunded.
- Completed Consultations: Once both private diagnostic sessions have been conducted and the 12-page written report has been delivered, audit fees are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and fees are strictly non-refundable:
- Individual session absences or participant no-shows without prior written notice.
- Archived recording access once digital credentials have been delivered.
- Administrative processing and international wire transfer fees charged by financial institutions.
5. Rescheduling & Missed Session Protocol
Participants in live cohorts who miss a scheduled weekly session receive full access to high-definition session recordings and annotated chart markups within 24 hours. Missing a live session does not entitle a student to a partial tuition reduction.
6. Refund Request Procedure & Processing Timeline
To request a cancellation or refund:

- Our admissions department in Ulsan will review and acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on international banking clearing cycles.
